Es ist ein besonderes Fest! Traditionell feiert man den Heiligen Abend. Typisch dabei: Kartoffelsalat mit Würstchen, Gans mit Rotkohl und Klößen oder ein Fisch-Gericht. Die Geschenke bringt der Weihnachtsmann oder das Christkind und was auch nicht fehlen darf: Der Weihnachtsbaum geschmückt mit vielen Kugeln und Lichtern.

It's a special celebration! Christmas Eve is traditionally celebrated. Typical dishes include potato salad with sausages, goose with red cabbage and dumplings or a fish dish. Santa Claus or the Christ Child brings the presents and what should not be missing: the Christmas tree decorated with lots of baubles and lights.
